20% Advance & Permits:

Advance payment for studies and issuance of permits (e.g., topographic, structural studies) and processing the building permit procedures.

20% Start of Work:

Installment paid for the start of earthworks and preparation of the plot.

20% Foundation:

Payment for the concreting works and completion of the foundation.

30% Construction,Frames (Windows/Doors),Electrical & Plumbing,External & Internal Works:

Installment after completion of masonry and roof (external/internal walls and roofing works).Installation of frames: windows, external doors, false frames as required.Installment after completion of MEP rough-ins: electricity, water supply and sewage piping.Completion of plastering, thermal insulation and flooring.

10% Final Payment & Delivery:

Final installment after completion of all work and delivery. Commonly, a small retention is withheld until final inspection.
